I like how they are always willing to work through any problems we might have, whether it be technical or otherwise! They really care about you getting what your looking for when working together - even if there is an issue that comes up later down-the road (which happens from time too). Sometimes issues come along but not enough of our customers want those changes made because other people were involved at some point during design/development process which makes sense since its all done remotely anyways so everyone has different ideas sometimes anyway :) It's great having this team behind us helping out where needed whenever something arises throughout development phases especially now being able do remote meetings via zoom etc.
