I AM NOT PLANNING TO BUY THIS AGAIN, firstly the pearls take forever to melt, secondly they leave reused wax on my skin when they come off, thirdly the damn light is broken so I gotta hold it in my hands. Return it so I can check if it's on as it turns off, this product is a great idea but it's definitely a waste of money and now I have this stupid machine at home that won't do its job. I didn't really pull out all the hair, I had to wax the same spot multiple times and ended up using other tools to get my brows and lips perfect. The first moment of use came out of the box.
