Volume and size in earphones

Volume with music goes very well but when you call to talk to some it is very low and then when you use a real cellphone it will Bluetooth started so I should switch it back to bluetooth. a size I wish could go under my ears and not have to tug on them, especially when I have ear to ear wires. Battery life I don't know, I got it today. but great concept.
