I like how it is easy to add multiple orders at once instead of having to create them individually.

Also being able to track my delivery driver in real time has been handy! There really isn't much that i dislike about this product but perhaps if you are looking for something where your customers will love using then maybe not such an awful idea after all? Easy system overall and very flexible so we're easily adding new products each week without needing any extra effort or coding knowledge (our developer handles everything!). A great tool that our clients use everyday. Tracking deliveries in advance allows us to meet client expectations and avoid delays which means they continue putting their trust in Delivery Hero.
