I really wanted to like these shoes as they looked like they could be worn on or off without sacrificing comfort. Although they were really comfortable, many people will not like the strap design of these shoes. The only part of the shoe that the adjustable strap tightens is the strap itself. The size I purchased was perfect for the base of my foot, but I had to tighten the top straps significantly to secure the shoe. They were very free. I tightened the strap and immediately realized the flaw in the design. You could tell one strap was secured, but all the others were loose and dangling. Even the sides of the boot were not attached to my foot and fell off because they were too loose. I tried to walk around the house, thinking maybe it wasn't noticeable, but it was. The boots continued to wobble when walking as my feet were not secured in them. I returned them immediately. If your foot shape matches the design, you're done! These are comfy, cute shoes. But many people need to adjust the straps on their shoes or they won't fit. The concept of this shoe definitely needs an overhaul.
