Fragile material breaks easily

My daughter has kidney failure and needs a gallon of water a day so I bought her this. Two days after we received her, she put a water bottle on the steps because she was using crutches to walk and she fell down three short steps and the whole floor broke. As she got out of her car near the school this morning, she bumped the edge of her water bottle on the car door, which slammed sideways. I do not recommend this.
