Very happy with promarcs system, keeps everything organized
I like how easy it is for me as an employee, or even customer service person (I'm not sure if there's such thing) can access my account! It helps keep everything organized so that nothing gets lost when moved from one department into another within our organization - which happens quite often!! Nothing specific at this time but will update after speaking w/our IT manager about any potential issues they may have found since implementing last year around April 1st 2014.
Our business uses promarcs system daily & very happy overall. !
Pros
- Also allows us all quick updates with changes being made throughout each day without having too many meetings regarding certain things.etc :) Allows you know what employees are working next shift ahead before clocking out
- Very helpful especially because we do work nights sometimes.
- Easy way logins through both
