Parts with small copper dots are peeling off. No matter what we do, my husband and I can't get the black cartridge to print smoothly. We aligned the heads, cleaned, deep cleaned, cleaned the bottom, cleaned the roller and cleaned the cartridge with a cotton swab and alcohol. We won't buy anymore. The color seems ok, but the ink colors are really weak everywhere, not just in those places where the black isn't saturated.
