Tight cuffs! - my new rating
I bought a 12 month old two piece pair for my 6 month old. The handcuffs are so tight, I swear they cut off the blood flow in their hands! She doesn't have huge hands or wrists. Otherwise I love the pattern and was able to remove the stains easily.
