I love this petticoat! The quality is excellent, everything was well packed and Lisa even included a well worded FAQ. I knew it would be compressed for shipping, but it was nice to read the advice on how to fluff it up. It was decently swollen during the day and then got even more swollen within 48 hours. Gives my prom dresses just the right amount of volume. I love it!
