This is not a real waist trainer. There should be some resistance and your waist trainer it should fit snuggly with just in a room to breathe and move about for exercise. The fabric should also be water resistant. It should fill a little stretchy but not too much. In a real waist trainer I am a 6X at 5’7 273 pounds. This trainer look like it was thrown together on someone’s kitchen table with fabric brought from Joanns. But I guess that’s what I get for trying to be cheap I originally paid 85 for my waist trainer and it was stolen out of the gym I was trying to be cheap thinking the pictures looked just like the ones I had bought in person from someone sadly mistaken. I would advise anyone looking at purchasing this item to just pay the 85 bucks and go get a real one .
