Installation was easy. I installed it in an empty PCIe slot on the motherboard and connected the HDMI cables from the console to the TV. Installed the Elgato software/drivers from their website and everything was fine. Personally, I prefer to use OBS instead of game capture software just for setup purposes while streaming. Although other users claim that you need to use Elgato software, you can use other software that supports capture device video. I don't need instructions or tech support to do this as it was easy and I had no problems. That being said, I previously had to deal with Elgato support about an issue I was having with the HD60 S USB capture device where the capture frame rate was lower than expected, but it was a specific issue for Windows 10 and the USB controller 3 turned on a motherboard that I ended up having to figure out myself by troubleshooting and testing the unit with other computers/configurations, so their tech support doesn't seem like the best, but they had some decent suggestions for testing. .In the end, the HD60 Pro solved all the issues I had with the HD60 S (again, an issue with my particular setup that was eventually resolved by installing a Startech USB 3.1 PCIe card, for anyone having this issue and may have interesting in solution). I would recommend this card to anyone who has a desktop PC to capture or stream 720p or 1080p content.
