They last a long time. I can use them all night while I sleep to listen to my binaural music. The only downside is that they are too big and round and not comfortable to sleep in, so not for side sleepers. They are difficult to wear and very difficult not to block the sound on the side of the ear, sounds are always muffled despite trying different pads. They don't stay in your ear. The only reason I didn't return them is because I waited too long to use them and realized too late that they are not as good compared to other competitors and not worth the price. I am extremely disappointed. Update: I've had them for less than a year and they no longer want to pair/connect properly. They used to connect on the first try, but no matter what steps I take to reset them or forget and reconnect, they don't work. Don't waste money on them.
