For the price I paid when I fell I have nothing to complain about. But the reason I only gave it 3 stars is because the foam inside is very fragile, even on the bottom. It could use some extra cushioning. I'm going to make a little round pillow to put inside. The material looks a bit cheap, but definitely warm. Most importantly, my older toy Chihuahua loves to be snuggled up to me and she loves it. I don't expect this to last too long - I may consider replacing the foam inside with heavier spares filler as you can open the lid to do so. Overall not bad, but not amazing. It does the job and my pup loves it. good enough for me
