We make our own ice cream and it's perfect for our family. They are just the right size to store extra ice. One of my favorite things about them is that they have great personal size. For us, that's about two servings per person for each cup. But we all love different flavors of ice cream in our family, so we make vanilla ice cream by breaking the ice into these cups and adding what we want to each cup so we don't all have to settle for one flavor. and also. My little husband has dropped it many times and each time the plastic has held up with no problem. My soup also freezes in it. The lid is sealed and won't leak, so this is perfect for that. Just make sure the soup is cold before adding it to the bowl to freeze. I love these little guys and use them often.
