I've lived in my apartment for a few years now and I'm used to being around other people in the same house. There were three groups of people living in the apartment above me, and the previous two were very quiet and respectful people. The last one moved in about 8 months ago and omg it's noisy at all times of the day. No conversation or respectful requests seem to get through to them, and since no one knows what to do with this single plank, that's easy. uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-everything . Night. Long. - and not interested in being yelled at for wanting to enjoy my apartment in peace, I decided to find an affordable solution that I could control. Also, in the interest of full disclosure, I also drink kava or tea before bed and always! I've tried using melatonin and Tylenol PM and they work well, but on my own I still wake up when she goes to the bathroom or she jumps on 3 midnight or whatever. I've had this device for a little over a week now and it has helped me so much! I grab my melatonin and put on my headphones while that nasty Larry strums far away and I've slept most of the night since! Would recommend to anyone crazy about noisy upstairs neighbors!
