When I received it, it came in a Manila envelope. It was all squashed and since it was squashed there are creases on the top but the bag itself is good. I took it to a Harry Styles concert and it's still in good condition. There are water bottle holders on both sides. 2 pockets inside; one with a zipper and one without. and there is a zipper on the back that can really hold a lot of stuff.
