I have arthritis and have used their cases with both my Xbox One and Elite controller before which made me purchase as they definitely helped to increase the playing time My hands are starting to hurt. While this grip is fine and adds more padding to this version of the Guardian, if I had to do it again I'd buy a case with slight bulges instead. These were the cases I bought for my previous controller and they are much more comfortable allowing me to play for longer. Plus it's cheaper. A minor annoyance with the cap is that you can't use the chatpad or mic monitoring jack with the cap on unless you cut it off a bit. I've done this with my previous covers with no problems, but it would be nice if eXtremeRate could do it on its own.
