The very first packaging/mask I opened, one of the straps on the mask broke! See image. Luckily I had an old mask on hand and used it to enter the store. I'm considering returning the package or trying another mask in the package to see if it works! Each mask is individually boxed, and overall the packaging and finish is appealing. I would have given more stars if the critical strap worked better.
