I bought these containers thinking they would make storing the beads easier. I have bought many 1 ounce or 1.25 ounce containers to store beads but they are always round. I thought they were rectangular since the container I keep the containers in is a rectangle and I could get bigger if I used that shape instead of a round one. It's true that I was able to fit more of these rectangular bins into my larger bin. I think the most important thing is that they hold about 1 ounce. Nowhere in the product description is this information available. I use them primarily to store size 11 beads and these containers hold 1 full strand. I had to take a picture. but I forgot it.
