Broken clasp for wallets, card cases and money organizers
I love the size of this wallet, it's very soft and holds a lot of stuff. The reason for my low rating is that the wallet clasp has completely come loose and they refuse to return or replace it since 33 days have passed and only offer a 30 day replacement/refund. You'd think it would last a lot longer for the price.
