First off, this is a well made knitted blanket that breathes. I have both this and a regular weighted glass bead duvet also made by this company made from bamboo with multiple duvet options depending on the temperature. In comparison, the knitted version offers a more even weight distribution than the beaded version. The knitted version is also cooler than my other one with the duvet over it - I haven't compared it to my bamboo duvet as it's too cold for that at the moment.
