When you take full advantage of how much stuff you can pack in this medicine box, it will become thick (which is normal), just bear this in mind when traveling and choosing the right bag on a daily basis . Thick, in the sense that it's as thick as a college yearbook or two if you stuff it as far as a zipper will fit. Fine, just tight. It's roomy and fits laptops, the included pencil case, and computer and cell phone chargers (most chargers) without feeling like they're putting a lot of pressure on the computer. Not exactly sure how waterproof it is, just didn't feel motivated enough to submerge the case in water and take a look (certainly not with a computer, maybe like cloth or something).
