AMAZING customer service

I think for the price you can't beat it. The case itself is nice and smooth, not too thick, and the keys are comfortable to type on. I also like that there is no on/off switch and that the keyboard magnetically turns on when the iPad is put down. The buttons also do what they are supposed to do; I've had cases of third party vendors with labels doing completely different things or nothing at all, but so far I haven't found anything that compares. The case is a little tight and I had to "snap" my iPad into place, but it feels solid and not flimsy or cheap. I also like that there is an Apple Pencil slot at the top so it can be charged and I don't have to worry about losing it. The overall experience is amazing and I would definitely recommend this keyboard. UPDATE: I've been using this keyboard every day for a little over a month, but last week a few keys stuck and caused a few "keys" and I was so sad that it broke after such a short use is time. I hope it was just a bug so I contacted support. They ask you to allow 48 hours to get a response but everything was resolved within 2 hours of my first email. They suggested I unplug and plug the keyboard back in (didn't help) and then offered to replace the keyboard for free. I have Prime so they sent me a code but they offered to ship me straight home if I didn't have Prime! The customer service was exceptional and they really took that 2 year warranty seriously. Overall I really like this keyboard; It's solid, it has no extra buttons or switches to turn it on/off or connect to devices, it has a slot for pens, and excellent customer service to boot. At $40 I wouldn't call it "cheap" but a very good affordable alternative, especially if you want more tap/type options on the keyboard and I personally like using a touchscreen so I don't need a trackpad . I think overall it's a great competitor to Apple's folios and keyboards, especially for those on a budget or want a different typing experience.
