Review on Concealable Reusable Cruise Flask Kit by James Naylor

Revainrating 5 out of 5

No leaks, hard to burp 100% but success! Read my tips for success :-)

I had trouble opening the package, even with the help of my cute helper. We brought the liquid to the rim of the sink and covered it with a lid once the liquid ran out. Even as I squeezed and kept the positive pressure squeezing out the tasty rum, oops I mean the liquids, from the top, when she screwed the lid on tight, there were always bubbles in there after we let go. Of course it was flattened and sort of resembled a vacuum bag, but somehow there were still bubbles inside. In short, it definitely worked. We received 50 ounces of Malibu and 32 ounces of Rumchatta on board the cruise ship with no problem. I found out that EVERYONE with a bottle of anything in their luggage was checked. All of our bottles, including tanning products and medication, were in our backpacks. With the clothes in the suitcases, there were only three bottles left. If we get caught, we'll get caught. We are not! Following other recommendations, we double-bagged the three bottles and hid them in our clothing. No leaks to report. I think the key to success is NOT to put bottle-shaped items in registered bags. That's what machines and people are looking for. You search more than 12,000 bags for 5 hours. You don't have time for bean counting, so don't provoke bad luck by putting a legal bottle of sunscreen, wine, or bottled water in your REGISTERED BAGS. Just clothes and moonlight :-)

Pros
  • Made from NON-METAL materials, undetectable by X-ray scanners and other detectors
Cons
  • Dubious purchase for the elderly
