I bought this diffuser for portraits in the sunshine. I mostly use high speed sync, but this helps with the overall exposure of the scene and softens the light hitting the subject. Compared to other brands of the same size, the price is excellent. There are no instructions on how to fold back into a round position, but I'm used to working with this, so no deductions in the stars. Adding instructions will help those who have not worked with similar diffusers. A quality product that feels strong and durable. I'll buy one more too.
