Great solution with many features and flexibility
The ease of use/integration; it makes sense from an admin perspective as well! Also like that they have several options for what you need depending upon your organization's needs (and budget!) - there are two plans so if this works out just right then great.
No dislike -- I've been using them since before COVID. They were always helpful during my tenure at OPM when we implemented our new governance framework which included GDPR compliance requirements. We had previously used another tool but found their product did not meet expectations nor was easy enough or intuitive for end users.
Pros
- Easy to implement
- Very user friendly interface, accessible via mobile devices too.
- Integration with G Suite is seamless..I really appreciate how straightforward integration can be done here without any additional steps involved in implementation process..all good things : )
Cons
- Not sure yet about pricing structure
