Review on The Leafless Neck Fan: A Portable, Ultra-Quiet USB Mini Fan Perfect for Personal Use, Battery Powered and Ideal for Outdoor Sports by Rickey Ortega

I currently have a neck fan with blades on the ends of the blades. I bought this to get extra airflow the full length of the neck strap, not just the end. I used the fan for the first time last week when we had very high temperatures. Tried to install air conditioning in 78 as requested due to high demand. The fan was comfortable to wear and was a good complement to the air conditioner when doing housework, especially in the kitchen. Unfortunately the right side of the fan stopped blowing air this morning after a high pitched whistle. The noise has stopped, but the wings on the right side aren't spinning, so there's no air on that side. This is really disappointing. I was really looking forward to trying out the fan in the morning while tending to my flowers. ☹️
