Great for running Best with headphones
Have been using this for about a month and have done a couple of short and long runs and a couple of longer bike rides. Very comfortable and long battery life. You sacrifice some clarity of sound to be able to hear what's going on around you, but being able to hear the cars around me is important for safety. Very happy with them.
