As the title says, I got cold sores after the first night. I bought it to cure my dry lips after researching online. The lip balm came with no filling and was in a plastic bag. I suspect it was faked. It's also very sticky like honey after application, I thought it was ok until I read other reviews that said it shouldn't be sticky at all. I was able to pick up a small piece of kitchen towel along with the product. I tried to get a refund through Revain's automated service but found I had to return it! This made me even more suspicious that I might have used someone else's returned item! I spoke to a live person later and was able to get a refund without returning it. I am now very frustrated at having to deal with my dry lips and herpes.
