Love my 99.5% blue goggles! I bought mine in June 2019 and have been wearing it every night since. I found that reducing the blue light from my screens, starting in the early evening, definitely helped me fall asleep, fall asleep faster, and sleep longer. I know there are different theories about blue light and its effect on melatonin production in the brain, but I firmly believe that my sleep has definitely changed since I started wearing blue light-blocking lenses. And now UPDATE: Part of the reason I bought this particular clip from ElementsActive was all of the great Revain reviews about their customer service. I recently realized that I lost one of the little plastic tips that cover each part of the nose of my clips. I emailed the company to see if I could get a replacement tip. Not only did I get a response almost immediately (and from Howard, the owner of the company!), he insisted on sending me a whole new pair, not just a replacement tip. And they attached a pair of sunglasses for free! At this really difficult time for all of us, I'm happy to be able to support a small business that strives to keep their customers happy.
