Review on Duduma Polarized Sunglasses: The Ultimate Superlight Baseball Eyewear by Scott Pentapati

Great bag for buck sunglasses but your peripheral vision may be blocked

I bought these instead of Oakley sunglasses because the reviews were good and they were about 1/3 of the Oakley prize. It's great for the price. They are comfortable and the lenses look good. Nothing is perfect, and that applies here too. I don't mind two things about these sunglasses: 1. They block my peripheral vision. I think that's how they fit me, but if I look left (or right) without turning my head, the frames block my view. I see this as a safety issue and don't think you should wear glasses that limit your field of vision in any way. With other sunglasses I can see the car over my left shoulder in peripheral vision, but with this one I have to turn my head. Now you usually REALLY want to turn your head when turning, but I still think driving with glasses that limit your vision is a bad idea. Maybe I just need a bigger frame, but that problem could be solved with a slightly wider opening lens.2. They are quite dark, and for some they may be too dark. I have several shades of Johnny Shade with Blue Blocker lenses. They increase contrast, and when you walk through shadowed areas you can still see. Pros: - They're inexpensive - They're dark and polarized so they look good in bright sunlight - Comfortable - Lens quality seems decent. I have no complaints. Cons: - They can block your peripheral vision. - They are almost too dark except in bright sunlight.
