They leaked a lot

I bought these to put fresh peaches in the freezer and although I made sure to leave enough headroom as I know they will expand in size after freezing, did they ever go in the freezer before they leaked. At first I thought I overfilled them, but I took out the peaches and juice about 3/4 inch below the top of the container and they still leaked a lot. Because they are plastic, you only need to wash them with soap and water. to clean them but I was very disappointed with the leakage. I don't know how durable they will be because I haven't used a peach from the freezer yet.
