Doesn't do everything it's supposed to do

It's nice and quiet, but the manual says it changes seven colors, which it doesn't. If you say your product will make a difference and I pay for it, I expect that to change. I bought this for my granddaughter and she was so excited for the color change so it's no good saying anything and it doesn't work
