I'm 5ft 9in and it was too small for me, felt like I was pushing a mini shopping cart or what i ended up doing was standing the side and squeezing the handle next to me as trying to get down in front of me was awkward! it was possible to squeeze through and of course the ENTIRE walk - our cat almost squeezed that hole out! So we unclipped the carrier from the frame, undid the seatbelt buckle, and then snapped the basket back onto the frame. The rear buckle closes that gap so now the cat can't get out (I've included a picture of what it looks like) Assembly was easy just had to flip it open, engage the wheels, attach the cup holder to the tray. up and then slide the small sticks at the bottom of the basket part so that the basket stays upright, otherwise it will just collapse. In general, the wheels work perfectly, the thing is assembled decently. But it needs a large height or adjustable height. It also needs to cover that gap in the front and could have been fixed if they had lined the zipper all the way down, but instead it was cut off the sides to allow the cat to try to get under the lining and out the hole. I also think it should cost over $80. The asking price seems a bit high.
