I've been using a shoulder bag for a while but recently injured my thumb/hand because the bag was very heavy. I particularly like that this bag has a trolley that can be wheeled and you have the option to detach the trolley and carry it over your shoulder. This backrest has more room than my old one, so that's a plus. I love that the front pocket is sealed for personal documents and I've added another small zip to the main zip. Very good quality, nice bag, the skin is soft and elastic. I was a bit skeptical that the zipper is of poor quality but I have been using this bag every day for almost a month now and have had no problems.
