Only fits our Toyota door lock one way
We only use these tools in the door lock; not purchased for the belt cutting function. Our previous handle could be used either parallel or perpendicular to the door. My husband needs both ways to get in and out of a tall car. The metal tip on this "knob" only fits one way on the doorknob. Not suitable for our needs. I don't know how strong or durable it is as I've only been using it for a few weeks.
