I purchased this item a few weeks ago and use it consistently every weekend and a few times during the week for both biking and hiking. The backpack looks great (judging by the fact that my teenage daughter doesn't mind using it), works as advertised. Most importantly, after 6 weeks of continuous use, it shows no signs of wear, frayed stitching or zipper issues. This is usually what goes wrong with inferior products. And I'm not one of those cautious people whose things last a long time. I usually expect something like this to be worth it if it lasts a summer. The way things are going now, I can well imagine that, despite my clumsiness, it will take several years. Before purchasing this product, my primary concern was quality and ease of use. I was very concerned about cleaning the tube and bladder but was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. Another pleasant surprise was the insulating property of the backpack. It was nice to be able to still drink cold water after 4 hours. This bag is definitely a great investment if you love cycling, hiking or running.
