My daughter loves these leggings. They are very soft and don't cut into the waist. She is very picky about her clothes and can't stand anything that feels tight or itchy. She is so happy with these soft leggings! I will buy more! I believe these are TTS. She wears size 12/14 and they fit perfectly.
