I love that the replacement you sent us is NEW. Not the same as last order. We ordered two headrests for the neck. pretty sure it's been used before. The worst part is that my wife cleaned the outer shell but didn't unzip it to check the material inside. I used the defective one on four flights on February 8th and 9th. , 2021. I should have known that from the start. Because it wasn't even in a plastic bag like the other ones. And I didn't feel so good. We buy a lot from Revain. that Revain can verify the products sent to us. I am concerned about this headrest for the neck. Covid is always present around the WORLD. Where are these headrests made? Are you from China? After our four flights. I've had good days and bad days. (Symptoms of COVID 19) return. I am not vaccinated yet. but I can't wait to get vaccinated.
