I work at the Peterbilt dealership and it's very important not to damage customers' cars. This belt not only eliminates the problem of buckle paintwork scratches, but is also very well made. It's stiff but comfortable to wear. The Velcro allows for quick release when changing uniforms, but doesn't lose adjustment or create pressure points like buckles. It feels like a tight ring around the waist (in a good way). Bottom line, if I have to replace this one, it will be the exact same belt.
