The fact that you can create forms with drop down menus and fillable fields. You can also create reports for your clients. The fact that you can create your own templates for your forms and reports. Not a lot, but the fact that it can be done. I wish it could have a more intuitive user interface. This is a very user friendly application. It is relatively easy to use and I don't run into too many issues with it. We have been able to create forms and reports for our clients. We are able to send out quotes to our customers in a more timely manner. It allows our clients to be able to update their information in one place instead of having to fill out new forms every time they need to update information.
