It's not supernatural, but it works.

My bio: I used to be a pretty serious runner, running 6-7 days a week and preparing for various federal agency jobs that didn't require me to talk too much about the details of my training im Detail. That was many years ago and fortunately I feel medieval, but to this day I usually do some speed work, some recovery work and at least one LSD (long, slow, distance) run. one week. I have used NO3 (Irwin) boosters before and this product is much more effective. I started taking this product before high-intensity interval and LSD workouts, especially a moderate 5-mile run where the first mile is a moderately steep climb that usually leaves me breathless at the end when I'm pushing hard. Now I've noticed NO improvement on a hard uphill push. What strikes me, and quite dramatically, is how quickly I recover from a big bump. Usually after riding 1mm uphill I was pretty exhausted and jogged for a few minutes. Before taking this product, it took me at least three or four minutes of a very slow jog to catch my breath and resume a moderate pace, and even then I still felt exhausted for a few minutes. With this product, and it was totally unexpected, I felt almost completely recovered within minutes - I ended up picking up pace much faster and shaving a few minutes off my total 5 mile time (although I'm not really trying to get one here). set PR). I've also noticed that I get a little more headwind on the back end of my runs. I'm usually grounded hard at the end of a run and just keep going at a nice slow pace until I reach my goal. With this product, even though I ran 5 miles, including two fairly sizeable incline bumps, I got my second wind on the last leg and slowed my pace by about 1:00/mile in the last mile and a half. And again, this is just a leisurely run and I'm not trying to do any PR. I actually wanted to deduct a star for the price. However, at $40 for 20 cans (and I don't even use a full dose), $2 per workout, it's still cheaper than even a can of Red Bull and it works a lot better. I plan to continue using this product for my longer or more intense workouts.
