Seriously, you're really going to impress whoever you give this to; As others have said this set does not require boxing, the boxing is exceptionally beautiful and incredibly secure - just look at the photos! When you're done with your presentation, don't forget that the box contains some very nice, large glassware that you don't want to hide. These items feel heavy in the hand (even more so when filled with whiskey - that's only good science) - the carafe in particular is extremely heavy and solid compared to others I've used in the past. It's probably worth mentioning. that the glass cork has no additional seal at the stem (where it meets the decanter) but still forms a good seal to keep your valuable contents safe. You'll feel great giving this as a gift - especially at this price point. - but don't feel too guilty if you only want to buy it for yourself (you deserve it)!
