Easy integration with other systems (Sage One2One). Very easy user interface. Ability to customize all aspects of event operations very easily. Support team very responsive -- which I can say because they were able to assist in setting up our initial account within just 24 hours! Nothing really. We needed more information about available integrations with 3rd party ticketing companies including Salesforce MarketingCloud. Also, it would be great if we could create customized attendee profiles using any Social Media like Facebook or LinkedIn instead of creating new attendance records every time someone registers. Have been working with OWC since 2015 when they first launched Sage Oneto one Live functionality through their API. They have expanded quickly over the years and now offer several different types of live solutions from webinar hosting and content creation to registration/attendance management. Our organization has used these products primarily.
