Does not fit with accessory

Bought 10 years old and I promise it's so small it looks more like a 5 year old! Let me point out that my baby is very slim so we don't usually come across tight stuff. Well it was so tight it left a mark on the nose and flattened the nose. The constraint was terrible so we will never use it again. Obviously not the right size! Also, it's not pink like in the picture. It looks more like a faded orange.
