I first bought devices from a Revain dealer. The price was great for the CPU and 1TB SSD. I actually bought two of these for work, both with the same issues.1. The warranty expired in January 2021 although I only bought it in July 2021. I'm not sure if the reseller changes the stock hardware to give these machines a better CPU and SSD, but someone did something that made the machine think it was reused. in January. I'm not sure how to deal with this problem.2. The camera is not recognized. I ran BIOS updates, Windows updates, Lenovo Vantage updates, everything. And yes, I moved the physical switch. Lenovo Support advised me to do a full reinstall of Windows, we're trying right now.
