The only negative so far is that the size and curvature of the carabiner makes it difficult to attach and remove the watch from the belt loop. Especially the thicker belt loops on work trousers. But that's not against the terms of the contract. It only takes a few seconds to make sure you actually put the carabiner on the loop. It's easy to read. The price was low.
