Everything is fine with this purchase
Initially I had problems connecting them to the phone. The manual listed a different name than my phone. Once connected it is very simple and easy to use and understand. I've been told the sound on the other end isn't as good/clear as my old headphones, but they can hear me just fine. I'm a truck driver so I have them as a backup pair.
