When I opened it, it smelled like it had been stored in a very humid place and it took three washes to get rid of the musty smell. After finally getting the smell right, my son used this backpack for 5 days and the zipper was already broken! He chose this backpack to replace his old Thomas backpack and now refuses to use any other. He is autistic and once something has become routine it is almost impossible to change him. Now not only have I lost the $25 I spent on the backpack (which is crazy considering it broke after 5 days), but I can't find anyone to fix it either.
